A proposal for Yukai Engineering
Someone always
looks.
mirumi earns a stranger's attention every day it leaves the house. This is a plan to turn that into sales you can count.
What you already have
The hardest thing in marketing, and mirumi does it for free.
It turns its head. A stranger catches the movement, then catches the eye, then smiles before they can stop themselves.
No ad buys that reaction. mirumi gets it on a train platform, at a cafe table, in a checkout queue, all day, at no cost.
Where it breaks
Then the stranger walks away.
They do not know the name. They will not find your store. The best moment you own leaves the building with a person you will never meet.
What we do about it
We put a camera and a link on that moment.
We hire creators your buyers already follow, tell them exactly what to film, and hand each one their own code. The glance gets recorded. The recording gets a checkout.
Your side of it is small on purpose: approve the budget, set the brand rules, issue the codes, ship the units. Everything after that is ours.
First four films
Four shots we would brief on day one.
The turn
Out of the box, the first time the head moves.
The street
A stranger notices, and the camera catches their face.
The ordinary day
Clipped to a bag through a normal afternoon.
The handoff
Given to someone who was not expecting it.
Every creator gets a different brief, so the feed never fills up with the same video four times.
Casting
Three kinds of creator sell this.
The stylist
Builds outfits and hangs charms. Her comments are already asking where things are from.
The explainer
Takes small gadgets apart on camera. His audience buys what he approves of.
The diarist
Films ordinary days. mirumi rides along and the reactions are real, not staged.
We pass on big accounts with quiet comment sections. A follower count is not a buyer count, and we are spending your money.
Proof
Every creator carries their own code.
Layout example. Not a forecast.
At the end of the month there is nothing to argue about. We can see who sold, who only entertained, and what each one cost you. Then the budget moves to whoever is selling.
What it costs you
One number upfront.
CreatorStudio
around ¥300,000, all of it to creators
The budget pays creators, not us. We earn from the sales our codes bring in, which means a quiet month costs you nothing extra.
If you are in
Give us 90 days and 5 to 10 creators.
At the end you will have a cost per sale, a list of creators worth keeping, and a decision to make. If the numbers are bad, you stop and you are out the budget only.
